Quotations and orders

Prices, lead times and availability are confirmed in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to stock availability at the time of order.

An order is accepted once Force Air confirms it in writing. Equipment remains the property of Force Air until paid for in full.

Service, repairs and installation

Repair and service work is quoted on inspection where the extent of the work cannot be established in advance. Additional work identified during a repair will be communicated before it proceeds.

Installation requirements such as electrical supply, ventilation and site preparation remain the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in the quotation.

Warranties

Equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty cover depends on correct installation, correct application and adherence to the recommended maintenance schedule.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Force Air is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including production downtime, arising from the use of equipment or information supplied.
